Our services

We provide lawn maintenance, pressure washing, and related property services. All work is performed professionally and in good faith. Our goal is to ensure your property looks its best.

Payment terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made. We accept cash, check, credit card, and ACH. Timely payment helps us continue to provide top-quality service.

Cancellations and rescheduling

A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. We may reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions to ensure the safety of our team and the quality of our work.

Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden hazards (such as sprinkler heads or rocks), or minor overspray/runoff during pressure washing. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We strive for excellence and transparent communication in every job.
